It started in October of 2004, they sent me a letter saying that I was deliquent on my taxes and I needed pay them. So I contacted my tax department and set up a payment plan. I received a tax payment stub which I copied and sent it along with a letter informing Homecomings I was paying it. Three months later I get a letter saying that they paid my taxes in full and that I owed them the back taxes.

I had called them explaining the situation and telling them I sent them proof that I was paying the taxes. I got told that that was not good enough proof and that they paid them on the 13th of Jan. Which was funny because I called my tax dept. and sent them a check on the 12th of Jan. Funny how I never received any letter from Homecomings about the stubs where not "proof" just the letter in January of 2005 that they paid the rest of the taxes on Jan. 13th.

I contacted my tax dept. and Homecomings informing them of what happened and I got told that they sent me a letter saying that the stub was not proof. I never received anything from them about that just my regular bill. This is just one of the many lies this company told me. Well it took 5 months to work all this out. Finally they "supposedly took me off the escrow account.

Well during this time, I was told to wait to make a payment until they fixed the problems. I waited for a month and got my next bill which had us late on the last months payment. I contacted them and told them that I was told my account was supsended. Which, was not the case. So I struggled for the rest of the year to get caught up. Having other financial problems that seemed to s****.> I called Homecomings several times to try and refinace. What I got was, "we will send you the information and all you have to do is fill it out and send it back to us." The information packet was nothing more that a bunch of bull on paper. I tried over and over with them trying all I could to get an answer. I finally gave up. Well, I fell another month behind in December which put me two months behind. I contacted them again and I got sent to this Belew guy who sent me information to help me refinance. Well my hopes got shattered when he never returned any of my calls.

Well, Feb. of this year I had my taxes done and got the rapid refund so I could get caught up on my bills. I called Homecomings and I was told that my house was in foreclosure and that it would take $5200 to stop it. I was in shock, I asked when did this start. They told me Jan. 31 and that I was sent a certified letter saying all of this in December. I have never received any letter or paper otherwise. Then I was told that they tried to call me several times to contact me and also they sent another letter in Jan. Which was all lies. I ended up paying $5200 to the bastards to stop forclosure. Which I sent in on the 10th. I then got my next bill and it has $825 in fees and expenses. Which took a phone call from me to fix.

These people lie and cheat customers. There departments are never in contact with each other and always making errors. I never received any letters from them stating anything only my monthy bill. I did finally talk to that Belew guy two days after I found out about the forclosure. LIKE THEY REALLY WANTED TO HELP!!!!! Someone needs to stop these a holes.
