Homeq Servicing Corporation the business that doesn't give a dam / NO HEART Sacramento California

In 3/26/2001 I had a heart attack and was out of work so I took a Equity loan to pay off my credit cards and finish some improvements on my house, since I only received social security disability.

I was planning to go back to work at my same job in August, then I had another heart attack which put me on the heart transplant list in November. I had paid Homeg untill December 2001 then on January 12,2002 I had a heart transplant.

I called this company and asked for help to defer my payments until June 2002 when I am expected to go back to work, but they refused. All they wanted was money now which I can not give them. Now on 3/7/2002 I found a note on my door stating the someone had been to ny house to evaluate it for foreclosure and they are going to charge me fo the evaluation.

When I spoke to them on the phone they told me they could buy my house from my primary mortgage and foreclose for the $27,000 that I owed. They keep telling me to call their Mediation line and they would help me, nope they just wanted the money now not caring about my situation. It's not like I'm trying to get out of the loan I just was looking for an extension.
