I paid Homesafe America $2600.00 to do a loan modification,whichthey said I qualified for back in april of 2010,my modifacation was denied in October,then they said they would re-submit the app but the mortgage company put my mod on hold for lack of info from Homesafe and moved on to others.I was told byChase that I did not qualify for any mod programs.I filed chapter 7 and am going to loose my house.I have a money back guarentee from homesafe but have not gotten my money back.

Updating my last report about Homesafe America,I still can't anyone to answer the phone,the recording says that all mailboxes are full.So I called the attorney general of New York and I'm waiting for a call back. 2/11/2011

I have since talked to Mr .Howard who assured me I would get a refund, it would take about 2 weeks,this was on Jan 28 2011,but now as Feb 7 2011 no one even answer the phone.I think its time to call the attorney generals office.
