I needed help with my mortgage payment after being laid off for 13 months. I searched the internet and found Homesafe America. I talked to Rory Neider an agent for Homesafe America and he explained the 100% money back guarantee. I thought that I was safe.

I paid them $1995 in july. They have not had any correspondence with my mortgage company however I was told by Rupa, Scott, and Angel(Homesafe Agents) that they had been working with my mortgage company. I have to initiate all conversations and email with Homesafe. Homesafe agents do not return calls or emails.

I have asked for my money to be refunded several times, to no avail. I have been RIPPED OFF. I want my money refunded. I believe that these people should be prosecuted and this company should be shut down. I was told that they could get the 2% interest just like many other complaints that I have been reading. I AM VERY FRUSTATED.
