HomeSafe America Jonathon Lyons False advertisement, no refund, disappeared. Leviitown, Internet

I was contacted by a guy named Jonathon Lyons immediately after I visited the Government making homes affordable website. I checked them out online and they seemed reputable. Back in October 2010 they didn't have a lot of these negative complaints you see now. I guess they were just getting started. Jonathon assured me I would get a full refund "he would personally pay me back if this did not happen" if the modification didn't go thru. He was responding to my phone calls pretty consistently at first because I raised a red flag about 2 days in when I started finding web posting on how this company is a scam. I completely freaked out and called him and told him what I thought about this and he reassured me that these we old fired employees that we drug addicts trying to get back at this company. He is a fast talker with a New York accent. What a jerk. He already had my $2000 credit so I was already invested and had to put my faith in their hands. So he had associates collect paperwork from me. My banks have what they need to process my request but now that they are denying the loan modification I cannot get a hold of anyone in this office. They have all disappeared. I would love to get involved with others to place a class action lawsuit against these crooks and take them down. They are praying on people in difficult financial situations with their loans. That is pretty d**n low. Please contact me if you are in the same situation with HomeSafe America.
