Paid a load of money $3000 for an interenet sight. Took them forever to get it up (too late to cancel the credit card charge.) It was supposed to include all sorts of SEO. Got hits, but no one stuck since such a bad sight. Too much info with no real content. Tried to have them fix and got stalled with them. Worked my way to some sort of management and my choice was to have it down that day with a "will look into a refund" and finally said would do two months free if I chose to keep it (not ask for my monye back) I fugured I would not get it back anyway. They were supposed to fix the problems. Nothing has been done and sight still stinks. I have had ONE lead in 8 months. DO NOT sign up with them. Their website developement company is Agent Advantage. Waste. I am so tired of web rip offs for the real estate brokers.

Homes.com Dominion Enterprises They made a verbal promise of being able to cancel within 30 days and not holding their end of the bargain. They stated that the call was being recorded and when I asked them to replay the conversation, all of a sudden they could not locate the phone call.

Homes.com Slick sales person sold me on featured ad placement for agents. ZERO leads in 3 months. They refused to let me out of my 6 month contract and wouldn't even let me use credit towards other products of theirs. Now stuck paying the duration of my contract for something that is of no value whatsoever. They make their money by forcing people into contracts vs. actually providing a product that does what they claim. Internet

Homes.com I have signed up for advertising with Homes.com since September 2016. The advertising they created has been constantly wrong. It misses the correct information about me, places my ads on areas that I have specifically requested not be in, and even lists me with a different company. I contacted them numerous times to make corrections and each phone call or email got me another excuse. I have requested multiple times for my account to be cancelled and they just ignore it. Homes.com is definitively selling a product that they are unable to service or that they do not care to service. I am baffled with the lack of competence of their staff in servicing one client and extremely tired of having to follow up on requests weekly, if not more. It has been a terrible experience. Ocwen,Hubzu,Alta Source My home had caught on fire and I called Ocwen to report it and sent the fire report and they never fixed the home.After a few months they refused payments in the home and sent my money order back to me with a letter in which I have all documents!I have had to file Bankruptcy because of them and after three years they are still trying to take the land,less than an acre that I haves lived on for 20 years.I replaced that home with an old Older one so me and my kids would have a place to stay.I am a single woman that works everyday and pays my bills and all I want is this little piece of land and no one can help me.They have the trailer and land for sales on Homes.com as if it is perfect condition which is false advertising.I have tried reasoning with them but get no where at all.Do not know what to do anymore.They also tried to get my power cut off on the older house today.Please if anyone has any answers to what I need to do please help me!!
