Hoodia 66 ripoff never sent my refund Ontario California

I get this email about this hoodia66 and I can get a free bottle. Great I will try this becauase all I have to due is pay for the shipping $5.99. This is a great deal or so I thought. A week or two goes by I get the hoodia. So I start taking them.

A few days later I see that my bank account was billed an additional $99.90 from hoodia, so naturally I freak out and call them. It turns out I didn't read the terms, so they got me there. No problem, I will take the rest of the free bottle. After I see no results I call them back. They tell me that there's not problem and to just mail the unopened package back to them and they will refund me.

So I send it back certified mail and I hear nothing so I call back and the response I get is that it will take up to 14 days. Ok, so after 20 days I call back and now I have to write the corporate office, so I do that and still nothing.

I email every one that I can think of and so far I got a case# from the BBB of Utah. They trace the company back to a Ultralife Fitness located at 857 West South Jordan Parkway #201 South Jordan, UT 84095. So you might want to start with the BBB of Utah. I hope that this information will help everyone get the results that they're looking for.
