I have never been late on a payment. I recent a letter from Household Auto Finance stating they discovered that owe them $210.00. The reason they I owe this amount is they received a return credit from by bank as unpaid.

Yet they can not tell me: the date, check number, or bank. The answer I received from Household was the check was written last year around August or September. They do not have a copy of the check. I am close to pay off, now this.
