Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
failed to remove account from my credit report after chapter 7 bankruptcy discharged, they were notified by way of certified mail, I sent discharge papers they refuse to update credit bureau and remove the acct, they are still reporting a negative credit history.

Household Auto now known as HSBC is filing erroneous negative items on credit reports... file a complaint in CA with atty general.... they need to be stopped
