I notified the company of an erroneous payment to my account. due to this payment being posted i went over my limit. I told them of the error, they froze my account (not a problem) but they froze my online access. As a result the only way to make payments is to do a "check by phone" and a fee of $12.95 is charged to me for every payment made that way. I asked them to unfreeze the portion of my account so that I could make the payments. They refuse to do so and I refuse to make another payment. I think this is a scam that I am charged a fee to pay on my account.
