Ok so my previous post about being on hold again to ask them specific questions here i am again!! this time i took the time to note the person's name. her name was olivia and she was very nice but i started asking specific questions. she kept saying ummm and yeah and ummm and repeating herself over and over and over. so i said "ok, my only question is the house i am looking at, is it the actual house located in my area?" her response, "yes it is." my response "well i looked at ripoffreport.com and one person on there claiming to be an employee says that all the houses being posted are actually located throughout the U.S and you would have to sign up to be able to see the houses locally. So i don't want to pay to use this service if this house is not really nearby because this house is beautiful." her response...she hung up on me.... so now here i am on hold again to try to clarify somethings. i don;t want to say it's a scam because there are legit companies out there like this. bargain network for one. i signed up with them for a year and they were not scammers. hopefully something good happens with call three. like they say, third times the charm....

I just got off the phone with these people and I have to say, i'm pretty skeptic about this. Of course like everyone else filing a complaint, i saw an ad on craigslist.com and i thought "wow! let me give these people a call." well, i called and was told that it was a 7 day trial for 1.95 and after that 49.95 per month. ok, no problem. alot of other companies do the same thing. i then asked to to clarify the procedure as i have never heard of anything like this. take over someone's mortgage payments and the house is yours? no way, really? well researching i see it happens. anyways, i digress. i called the number, the lady was very nice, asked for my name and zip code. explained that all i had to do was sign for the free trial so i can have acess to the homeowners number and arrange something that would suit the both of us. ok, hold on a moment. the ad says 695 is all it takes to move into this beautiful home but now you're telling me i have to contact the homeowner and arrange something? i think i hear false advertisement. the lady then asked for my credit card number and i told her i wanted to speak with my husband first because i was a little skeptic and what do you know? she hung up on me. tsk tsk tsk. is that how you do business? well, i'm actually on hold again cause now i'm just trying to be a smartass and see what they have to say about themselves.

Properties listed on media can be found anywhere in the country, hence the palm tree.

I was interested in a property advertised on craigslist for York pa until I noticed that the picture shows a palm tree in the front yard. The closest palm tree is a few hundred miles away! Scam.

We appreciate comments by our subscribers although, we also appreciate examples of the data discrepancies. We cannot address any data issues without specifics.
