I signed up thinking that this was a good opportunity to find a home. First of all they were to send a e-mail to me with a passwor so I could get into the website to look at all the listings. NEVER HAPPEN, CALL COMPANY AND THEY KEPT GIVING ME BOGOS PHONE NUMBER. Left several messages and of course no on ever answer any of them. Call company to cancel and supervisor was never there to correct problem or to cancel membership.
What did happened was they are very good at TAKING MONEY FROM BANK ACCOUNT. MAGIC
At this point they still have my bank card number and I can not cancel my membership.

Customer Service hours are 8am to 8pm EST Monday through Saturday. This has been the same since our opening in 2005.
