HSBC - BestBuy Disability Benefits Debt Cancellation I Am disabled and did not know i had benefit policy untill checked bill Bridgewater New Jersey

I have had some bad luck and had to have multipal back surgerys starting from feb 08 and through jan 09. I dont pay the bills my wife does so to help out i would help her. money is tight so i was trying to look at each bill.
I was looking at my bestbuy bill and saw a debt cancellation charge. I didnt know what it was so i called and asked She said that it was for disability insurance i asked why it was on the bill we did not ask for it and never have. She couldnt tell me. So i was glad it was there because of my problem.
So i told her i was disabled and wanted to file a claim. She sent me the packet and filled it out. I have been disabled by doctors and sent the reports.I sent the packet and about 6 weeks later i received a letter saying that i was denied. I called them and asked why. They told me that i had to report being disabled within 180 days.What a bunch of CRAP!!! The cost of insurance was 10% of the bill each month an average of $4000.00. The bill is around $4500.00 so now they wont HONOR the debt cancellation which i was billed for. So i didnt ask for it but paid for it and when i need it and i paid for it they wont give it to me.PS I also paid on line and paid for two months which you can do and pay for it by the month so i payed for july and august marking each month $450.00 each month thinking i had paid for each month in august i recevied a call saying i need to pay august.I told them i did pay and sent $900.00 in july for both months he said that they applied it to princaple and i was late for august and had to pay it plus a late charge. If i could pay them off i would. My self and anybody that will listen i will not ever BUY anything from BEST RIP OFF COMPANY. ever again!!!and i will always check my bills.FUC! ME ONCE SHAME ON YOU / FUC! ME TWICE SHAME ON ME
