I had signed up with Vonage for Voip connection 3 years ago. I called them in Sep 08 to cancel the service and they said they will. But they continued to charge my debit card. I filed a complaint with HSBC and asked them to stop and reverse any payments. HSBC says they cant stop payments on their Debit master card.
I canceled the Debit master card. Not sure why they issue Debit master card if they cant offer the same protection as credit card.
