This bank steal customer funds and has the absolute worst customer service of any credit card in the industry. They hide behind walls and don't answer emails or phone calls. They intentionally mislead customers and woon't provide proper channels to fix problems they create. They make it impossible to contact anyone and most hold times for customer service is 2 + hours. I found the HSBC President & CEO contact information which is a heavily guarded secret. Here it is if anyone else needs to skip the line and go directly to the top of the food chain.

Account was not in default or behind and actually had a $250 positive balance that was my cash back earned for charging on the card. As soon as my original rip off report complaint was filed along with the one filed to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau or better known as the CFPB, my account was immediately unlocked and a cashiers check amounting to the full cashback balance showed up at my front door via FedEx the following morning. Sometimes a bad review and a little heat on the right people go a long way. I urge everyone that experiences an unjust situation with HSBC, to follow my lead and reach out to the President & CEO (who you now know how to reach) and the situation will be handled expeditiously.

For some reason you are reluctant to answer the question:
What reason were you given for the account suspension?

“…your the exact reason that all these complaints exist.”
Even a senseless idiot knows the difference between your and you’re. Perhaps you’re confused by the contractions you were taught in your elementary school.
What reason were you given for the account suspension?

It just goes to show how ignorant you and all the other HSBC employees are. I don't have any delinquincies or even a loan. I have a credit card that is paid off each month and has a cash back balance that is owed to me and when I went to redeem it, my account was frozen money was kept by HSBC. You are a jackass for assuming anything different and your the exact reason that all these complaints exist.

Your account was suspended due to delinquency or loan default. The consequences of delinquency or loan default with respect to reward points is noted in the terms and conditions that you agreed to when you opened the account.
Corporate CEO contact information restrictions impede customers with petty complaints from contacting them. They don’t have time for your whiny sniveling objections.
