ISPC Atlantic Credit & Finance Inc as assignee of HSBC Card Services Independent Savings Plan Florida Power Consultants Put a freeze on my bank accounts Tampa Florida

On 6-4-1999. My ex husband, Victor, signed a Ultimate Savings Agreement with Florida Power Consultants which was also FPC/ISPC. For a loan on a air conditioner for 5,000.00. Me & my ex husband got divorced in 2001. The loan was from 6-3-1999 to 8-2-2004. This loan was wrote off by Independent savings plan in 8-2000 on thier taxes as Victor my ex was an liability. ISPC got money on thier taxes that year for this write off. I get after my divorce in 2008 case# 08-SC-004755 sapina for courts in Lee county Florida sued by Atlantic Credit & Finance Inc as an assignee of HSBC Card Services for the amount of 5,616.76.

At that time I was just a number at court house it was the time of reseestion. Was told if you don't have a lawyer present sign papers and leave. Which I did. Now in Dec 12, 2017 now Atlantic Credit & Finance Inc as an assignee for HSBC freezes my bank accounts and say they are going to garnish my bank account and only mine not my ex husband. I have all the paperwork from day one till now even the write off. I am the only income in my household with one dependent. Filed on Dec.12,2017 claim of exception and request for emergency hearing. Still waiting to here if the plantiff Atlantic Credit Finance Inc will contests. If so then we have to have a hearing.
