ISPC INDEPENDANT SAVINGS BANK THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES AND PUT A LEIN ON YOUR HOME AND LIE TO THE COURTS TO OBTAIN A FINAL JUDGMENT ODESSSA Florida

I PURCHASED A WATER SOFTNER IN 2009. i have called them 47 times to get it serviced and obviously the company that sold it to me is out of business. ispc wont do nothing for me cause they say their only the fiance company. they took me to court in Florida when i live in Ohio. they won a final judgment against me obviously cause i couldnt go. they put a lein on my home and have garnished my back account three times. under florida law if you provide over one half the support of a minor child you are exempt from garnishment. they operate their business like a bunch of yahoos.... noone ever returns your calls, they dont notify you when you are getting garnished and when you do get ahold of someone, they treat you unfairly when they are the ones who was operating without a business license. they LIED TO THE COURTS AND TOLD THEM I NO LONGER HAVE OR HAD THE PROPERTY IN MY POSSESSION TO OBTAIN A LEVY WHICH COULD SATISFY THE DEBT. IM SEEKING LEGAL HELP!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY....
