HTC Paid for a phone back that I never received. Company was rude and lied on several occasions. Bellevue, Washington

I purchased a back for my phone from HTC and the payment came out of my account on 02/19/09. I called the HTC back on 03/13/09 and the representative told me that my item was lost and that they would have to issue me a refund. I never received a refund into my account so I called back on 03/27/09 and they told me that it would be another week before a refund could be issued into my account because a tracking had to be put on my item and they weren't for sure it was lost back on 03/27/09.

I told that representative that that isn't what the last representative told me. They said it takes 7-10 days to track it. I told them that it had been 7-10 days since I last called them and over a month since I placed the order. I wanted to speak to a supervisor. They said that a supervisor would call me the next week.

I never received the refund nor did I receive a call back from the supervisor. I called HTC again today 04/15/09 and asked to speak to a supervisor. The gentleman asked for my details, which I gave it to him and while I was on the phone with him the supervisor called me on my cell phone to tell me that they were going to issue a refund. ??

I asked him why that hadn't been done already. When he couldn't answer my questions about how long and why he ended up tell me that the money would be put back in my account and was there anything else he could do for me.
I have waited for 2 months for no phone back and no refund. I have no faith that I will ever get my money back from them at all. They have been so ugly. They have lied over and over to me.
