HVR MOBILE NOTARIES AKA HVR NOTARIES CONTRACTED ME FOR NOTARY SERVICES ON 9/25/13. HE WAS PAID BY LAWYERS TITLE, HE DID NOT PAY ME. SAN DIEGO California

     I am a Notary Public Signing Agent.  On 9/25/13, I was contracted by HVR Notaryies to meet with Mr.  Alfaro in Turlock, CA, to notarize documents within a loan package from Lawyers Title.  I was contracted to be paid $100.00 for completion of this service. 

     I completed the work and shipped the documents to Sarah & Gina @ Lawyers Title in San Diego, as per my instructions from HVR Notaries.  The loan was funded and HVR Notaries was paid, but HVR Notaries did not pay me the amount agreed upon.  This company kept the money from work performed by me.
