I too am vicitm of HVR Mobile Notaries. I worked for the company on 7/25/13. I waited 2 months before contacting HVR regarding pay and was given several convincing stories that the pay would be sent however it never came. I read feedback from other notaries this week that HVR has filed for bankrupcy. I have sent for a form to file claim for my fee at consumerform@SDCDA.org

I too have filed a report with the San Diego DA. Please read my complaint also on here. Not sure how to contact you unless we can do it thru this site. I am on Notary Rotary and 123 notary also.
