HVR Mobile Notaries Ripping off Notaries nation wide San Diego, California

Hector hired me on 9/9/2013 to perform a notary signing for a couple for the fee of $100, and then again on 9/12/2013 to perform a notary signing for another borrower for a fee of $150. I performed both of these signing agreements and have not been paid. I also have been informed by other notaries that prior to September Hector told them he was planning on filling bankruptcy because his clients were not paying HVR and HVR would not pay them, the notaries. Yet Hector still hired me knowing that HVR would never pay me.
