They promise an IBM Thinkpad laptop computer for the completion of offers. There was 9, which I completed in the first 2 days.

3 of the offers never showed completed. I contacted those companies directly and they assured me that they did report back to i-deal direct.

I deal direct would not look at the offers for 6 weeks and then totally ignored my e-mails and expired my account after 8 weeks due to their terms.

I filed with the BBB and after I replied to their first response the complaint is on hold waiting a reply from them which is way past due.

They know is was totally dishonest. I have never dealt with a more dishonest company. Whatever you do, stay away from this one!

Resolved!

AUTHOR: Timothy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, August 13, 2005

I purchased the revenge guide from rip-offreport.com and followed it. After my first e-mail to them with my plan, they e-mailed back right away that my gift would arrive in 2-3 weeks and I was no longer locked out of my account. In 17 days, (today) I recieved a check in the mail from I-deal direct, in the amount of $800.00! I don't wish to hurt any company, but they need reform. There is plenty to be made honestly. I could have brought a lot of business their way if I had confidence in them. It is resolved anyway and I thank them for the check. Thank You to rip-offreport.com. The revenge guide is a good investment!

Dishonesty at new levels!

AUTHOR: Timothy - (U.S.A.)

I-deal finally replied to the BBB report on the day they closed the case for lack of response. They said I would need to send in a copy of my utility bill, welcome e-mails from the three offers and the credit card statements where I paid for these offers. I had all of that and e-mailed it to them and they said they had to have hard copies, so I printed and mailed it all twice with no response, so I sent it a third time Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and when I saw it was delivered , I e-mailed and asked for a response , which days later, I never got a reply. BIG SURPRISE!

They owe me a minimum of $600.00 and that is a fair quote!
