We have a corporate account with iback up. For the last 8 months, we would normally get bills for $200 a month with a $80-100 surcharge per month. Imagine our shock when we got a monthly surcharge bill of $2400 for the month. Ten Times the normal amount!!! When we called the company to ask about this charge they said that they never give refunds. They refuse to let you speak to management and will not give you anybody in their legal department to speak with at all. Bottom line, stay far away from them.
