IBC Bank ripoff overdraft charges Laredo Texas

My Bank has charged me 3 times overdraft charges ,after money was deposited, I just now figured it out, I had Money pending from paypal to my bank. It cleared on monday and they post it as clearing tuesday and then overdraft me 25, when I know the funds cleared.

This has happened before as I have read the stories in this site, I am now forced to change banks or keep my money in a piggy bank, I cannot believe the bank did this and has done this before, I don't even want to go and complain about it I have spoken to a rep and he said it showed my account as -negative 9.00 when I was speaking to him I had my acount online opened and told him it states its cleared and available.

needless to say Im having a bad headache and this is just not worth it,I have enough to worry about making ends meat and paying my families bills and now this overdraft BS is gonna make my light bill check bounce. Its not fair I am just a blue collar worker.
