Ibuyphones I sent this company my old cell phone, and never received my check or any correspondence to my many e-mails Orange, California

In April of 2010 I mailed ibuyphones my old cell phone after upgrading to a new one. This phone was a 3 month old smart phone, that I could have sold myself for 50 dollars, but I thought it would be easier and quicker to send it in. I have done this successfully before with another company, and assumed it would be equally painless. Boy was I wrong!

Ibuyphones did nothing more than send me an empty box and an empty promise. Since mailing my phone I have not received a check, a letter, or an e-mail despite countless attempts to contact them. I wish that I had read some product reviews or visited this sight first because I cannot find a single positive review, as they are no more than common thieves.

Furthermore I recently checked and am shocked to see that this company is still in business, stealing from people everyday. I don't know how in this day and age, they manage to take so many people without getting caught, and arrested.
