IC Systems call me 2-3 times daily to collect a bill that isn't mine for a telephone service in massachestts that is deliquent with Verzion. I asked for a copy of a bill anything to show me that they were a ligimate company they refused any correspondance by mail and refused to give me their mailing address only stating each time that I give them my bank information. yelling at me over the phone that I owe Ripoff Internet

IC Systems starting calling me in May of 2006 for a bill they said I owed to Verizon in the state of Massachetts. I don't live in Mass. I got the amount and the address the phone was located at. I informed them I never lived their and this was not my bill. I was referred to the supervisor of Intelligent Collections who said can I help you I explained again than she screaming at me told me I owed the bill and would pay it acused of being a liar. I asked to speak to her supervisor or the owner she said she was it. I asked are you the owner she replied yes. I doubt it! I have received phone calls from IC sys 2-3 times daily since only demanding a check by phone they refused to disclose an address to me only stating I owed them and a check will be taken today so what is your bank account number. These people are using tatics my bank has advised me of being a scam. not providing a bill refusing to give an address superviors attempting to harass and intimidate people into giving out bank information over the phone with no validity of a bill being owed. Verizon if this is who you do business with I will never do business with you.
