I don't even remember this company, but I was looking at possible establishment of a website and did request information, only to be $2.97 and did not realize I had three days to review and decline before I would be charged $139.97 for a three month trial. What a rip off to be sure. I would never spend that kind of money for a three month program and already have a business site. I was only checking into other possibilities. You can imagine my surprise to find this entry on my checking account. When I called the number I waited forever and then had the operator hang up on me after she told be to try the service, that it was non-refundable, and "try it you might like it attitude". When I asked to speak to her supervisor as it was not acceptable and I wanted it canceled and my money returned, she hung up on me. I am currently on the phone for the third time, as when I tried the billing dept again, I was disconnected. Surely they have caller ID. I am still waiting to speak to an operator. I think even if I were to try the website stuff that I seem to have paid for, I couldn't cancel if I wanted as you cannot get through on the phones. A real rip off. I sure hope you can help me to get my money back.

Thanks to Rip Off Report, I have received my refund. I doubt I would have gotten anywhere wiithout your services.
As for ICM Websites and xyzwebsites.com, Internet users be aware of the way they do business. It is too bad that there aren't more honest, upfront online businesses. I believe I connected to this one through an ad on Facebook or AOL. Not sure, but be very careful about the advertising that you might see. It appears that they do not review the businesses that post very thoroughly to block those that are not legitimate or are shady, to say the least.
Again, thank you Rip Off Report for your help. I think I will continue to do my business the old fashioned way.

I received the report that ICMWebsites was going to refund my money on May 21, 2010. However as of this morning, the money is still not in my account. So, I am hoping to see it there today, as they only gave me three days to consider their offer, I think my refund should also be back to me in three days. According to the way they wrote the report, it makes it seem as though I already received it. That is not the case, just for the records. I will post to you once I actually receive my refund, so you can place that on file.

After waiting for a representative for billing for about 20 minutes, I was told there was no options, either participate or cancel, NO Refunds. I called back and was hung up on at the billing department. So I called the technical department to be told the same thing and someone tried to walk me through starting the websites. There was absolutely no option but to attempt to try to recoup my money through developing websites. Then I found it not so easy to create sites. Later, I found the "emails" sent that said I had the three days to cancel. I had not been online for several days with internet/pc issues, and didn't expect to find the statement about the 3 days to cancel. I did find the instructions I thought I was paying for ($2.97) which is what I thought I had bought, when I got off the phone with the representative. So, scam #2, sent emails to say you will get charged more after 3 days. And, no refunds. Either try the program or cancel and call it a wash. Trying to set up the website is not as easy as they say. Then I received a call around dinner time from a representative to see if I was doing okay with the program. In our discussion, he let me know I am going to have to pay another $39.95 to get my websites out on the Internet to receive the exposure necessary to make any money. Another hidden cost. Scam #3. I am wondering how many more charges they have lined up. I know that after the 3 months, there is a $4.95 charge a month to continue - is that for one site or all that they offered? I don't know. Scam #4. I have been in business successfully several times and am willing to work to achieve the goals necessary to suceed. But, I do it up front, honestly, not with hidden costs and agendas as ICM seem to think are ok- buyer beware. No, I am still not happy, and probably will not be able to regain my money, unless there is a suit filed. I still want my money back, but I really want to be sure others are not lead into this money grabbing company.
