IDCSERVCO ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing and product Culver City California

A representative call and said he is representing Ricoh Business System (where we buy our toner)and that the toner supply that we use is in low quantites and if we act now he could save us a lot money on toner
"because the price of toner going up in price from what we pay now to over $600.00 per cartridge so we need to order now to avoid the high cost". After being charged high cost for the toner the sells rep called ordered us to buy more toner or pay a $5000.00 dollars expanse charge because we cancelled the order after paying a certain amount that was asked we decided to cancel the order, by our suprise the rep said we cannot return
aynthing and that we will be billed if we got the toner or not.

Again, as all others this company has got to be stopped now.
