Express Distribution Center, IDCSERVCO Toner ripoff - Culver City, Los Angeles California

Kelly called me on a Monday morning, just before lunch, and told me she had the "last 6 toners of my order", and that she could send them to me at this year's prices of just $259.00 each. She said that "this should complete my order", and that all I needed to do was sign and fax back the confirmation sheet.

I never ordered anything from them, so how could this possibly "complete my order"?? And if it was to complete my order, why on earth would they need my signature if part of the order was already done? Wouldn't they need my signature before the order got to the "almost complete" stage?

I have no doubts that this is the same as "Interstate Distribution Center" - they changed their name to protect the not-so-innocent!
