i called the ifriends 800 number trying to get my $1.00 back and the number has been disconeced. any more sugestions?

Terry, Im glad you got in touch with ifriends customer service. I had a question about a billing (spent more time than i thought with a chathost!) and the nice lady at 1-800-ifriends was able to help me even at 2am!! If you ever have any problems with them they are there all the time even on holidays i know because i called over thanksgiving and was able to get someone with barely any wait time.

All prices and terms on our service are clearly and conspicuously disclosed, including use of a prominent icon and multiple clickthroughs in any instance in which a customer will incur charges. In addition, our "Customer is Always Right" policy ensures that we take action sufficient to obtain each customer's complete satisfaction, including making refunds for any charges which a customer has incurred but disputes.
Since becoming aware of the above RipOffReport complaint, we have been in contact with "Terry" and the matter has been resolved to his satisfaction. Further, I'm not altogether sure why Terry was unable to reach us, our offices are open 24-7 and we frequently get incoming calls from a myriad of satisfied customers. Perhaps Terry inadvertently misdialed the number.
