Immigration Direct They rip off people San Francisco, California Nationwide

Two years ago, I needed to get my citizenship.  I just started college and for what I want to do after graduation, I need to be a U.S. citizen.  I have lived in the U.S. since I was a child.  I looked up immigration on the internet and the first name that came up was "Immigration Direct".  I thought this was the legitimate site for the Immigration Department.  I filled out the form on their site and paid $189.00 (which I thought was the fees for filing for citizenship)  I mailed my papers in with proof of payment only to get a response back from the real Immigration Dept. stating that the company I paid was not affiliated with the government site.  I didn't have the money to send to the real Immigration Dept. so I put everything aside.  Then my employer asked me how my immigration paperwork was going.  I brought my file to her and she went over it and told me that Immigration Direct had charged me $189.00 just to fill out a form that I could have gotten for free from the real Immigration Dept. 

I called Immigration Direct and left messages, was assured somebody would call me back, but nobody did, this was about 3 times.  Then my employer who is helping me, called them several times and never heard back, until today when she finally got ahold of Rene (District Manager).  When my employer explained everything to her, she refused to refund the money saying that I should have read the entire site and I would have known who I was paying and for what.  She was very mean and rude on the phone.

All I want is my money back so that I can get my paperowrk done so I can get my citizenship completed before I graduate.

Their site looks like the the real Immigration Department site.  This is very misleading and confusing for me, so I am sure it is really confusing for the immigrates that are also trying to get either a green card or their citizenship completed.

I wish that everybody knew that this company rips off people and to make sure that they are on the REAL Immigration Website.
