I'm in the same boat as Nuala from Killarney in Ireland. I'm not sure where I stand after reading all these reports.

They didnt mention any 'timeshare presentations' to me when they sold the package to me over the phone.
Like Nuala I would like to know what my options are?
Can I get a refund on the 800 Euro approx. I paid?
Can someone describe exactly what the main problems are with these packages?

When you say the service is bad what do you mean specifically?

If you ensure that your bookings in the hotel are confirmed surely you can make your own way around Orlando and Fort Lauderdale? and enjoy the wonderful sites there?

It seems to me that the main problems with these packages are cancelling them and getting refunds? but if you actually go on the trip are they that bad?????
