I, too, was a victim of ZML on 1/30 (Saturday). I was under the assumption that the one-day free trial would only consist of the number of movies I downloaded at 99 cents each (up to ten during the 24 hour period).  However, I, too, was sadly mistaken when I discovered after NOT successfully downloading any movies that they charged my bank account $55.82.  The transaction has been pending in my bank account for almost a week, now.  This morning I checked and it had been deleted without me doing anything with the bank.

This is what I think might have worked. I am in school to become a paralegal. I used my knowledge of Commercial law to threaten this company.  I immediately sent several emails to their customer service department upon discovering the $55 charge to my account. The emails went something like this, "Please, credit the full amount of $55.82 back to my bank account immediately or I shall collaborate with the numerous victims that of your scam in a class action law suit.  I am a paralegal and obtaining several attorneys will not be difficult in order to file a law suit against your company for violating several global ecommerce laws including fraud.  Not only is this moraly wrong, you have also broken many laws. There are enough victims to file a class action suit against your company. Credit my bank account the full amount immediately or I will use the information that I have obtained (including the location of your company and the persons involved) to retreive the amount withdrawn from my account as well as any punative damages incurred due to such transaction."

It seemed to work because they did not withdraw the amount and I did not have to go into my bank and dispuite the transaction.
