Infinity 808 Refused refund, ignored, insulted, lied, placed blame then deleted my concerns on social media and blocked me. Hawaii

I purchased shorts and a hat. The shorts was received and 2 months later I’m still waiting for the hat. Infinity808 ignored my emails and only responded when I reached out through social media. They then placed the blame on Me and said I had given them an incorrect mailing address. Funny, I got the first part of the order just fine.

I have yet to receive a refund or the item I purchased. He then deleted my comments/concerns on social media and blocked my husband and I. As a mother of 3 and in the middle of COVID, purchasing these items did not come easy. I simply wanted to support a local small business while giving a unique gift to my husband. Instead I was insulted, ignored and now at a lost during one of the worst times ever.
