On October 21, I purchased $49.97 worth of Epson ink from inksoutlet.com. Here it is November 14, and I still have not received the ink. I emailed on the 6th of November and got no response. I emailed again a couple of days later and still no response. I, then called the phone number listed on the website 5 times during their specified business hours and I got no answer. In fact, I would get one of two things, a voice telling me that "No one has answered your call, you will now be disconnected. We are sorry," or I would just get that noise that dial-up internet connections make with the weird phone noise. It is clear that the emails and phone number are fake and that the company took my money with no intention of giving me the ink, if they even sell ink for that matter. Do not use this company! You will be throwing money down the drain.
