 April 11, 2011 I Ordered 2 compatible black Inkjet cartridges as back-up to replace my Epson T069120 cartridges. Inks Outlet stated "100% satisfaction guaranteed". I replaced my original Epson cart June 10, 2011 with 1-Inks Outlet cart; My Epson Stylus NX 515 displayed an incompatibility message.

 After a number of removals and installations, I removed the ink cartridge and compared my original with Inks Outlet replacement. A major difference between the two, is the "computer chip" mounted on one end of both cartridges. I emailed Inks Outlet twice requesting advice. I called twice, hearing the same phone message "messages are full, etc.". Never received a response from Inks Outlet.

June 16,2011 after much internet research; my Epson cartridges and others, have computer chips mounted on one end and are NOT inter-changeable! I did find, that some original Epson carts [not-knock offs, but originals], can be refilled. WARNING, in order for the re-filled cart to work, the computer chip must be re-set. This information can be found on-line...do your research if you wish to re-fill your own Epson carts. Although more expensive, I will always purchase original Epson carts. The quality of Epson speaks for itself. I lost money on this deal, but never again!
