On December 14, 2009, I ordered and paid for ($46 by visa)  some Epson printer cartridges and have yet to receive them.

After I ordered them, they sent me an order number 50159 with invoice.

They also sent me a USPS tracking number which they indicated was not really a tracking number?!  

I tried contacting their phone number...no answer.

I tried sending a few emails on different email addresses provided on their web page...no response.

I spoke to soon. I just received my ink cartridges today.

I was convinced that I was ripped off due to the inability to be able to contact the company or track the package. 

A month seems a bit long for paid delivery, no?

I would like to extend an apology to Inksoutlet.com
