I bought 2 phones with a total of $300 in rebates. I sent in everything(of course they don't tell you upfront that you have to wait 180 days)I sent my information by certified mail and when I received my postcard from them, each phone was denied the rebate for different reasons! I tried calling, no success. If I could find out which state they were doing business in I would report them. These people are crooks and they are laughing at all the stupid people who fall for their scam and I am one of them!

From the look of it there are many others out there. I wish I could find a lawyer who would start up a class action.
