I purchased 2 phones from Wirefly via the internet. I sent all the rebate ($50 each phone) infomation in on time. They verified receipt of the rebate forms in April 2007.

Rebate form states that rebate check will be mailed with 60 days of receiving rebate submission. To date (5 September) I have received no checks. I called and they said they have my submission but don't know when a check will be sent out.

I have filed a report with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C).ic3.gov.
