I ordered and was invoiced for an advertised free phone with cellular service plan, but when I received my final receipt they charged me $99 plus tax for the phone. They are choosing to ignore that fact that I have an invoice with the agreed upon terms are essentially forcing my hand in taking the charge or return the phone for a possible refund. I say possible because they are notorious for restrictive practices regard rebates and refund.
