Inphonic - Wirefly rebate ripoff will not fulfull submitted rebate claim after 6 months of waiting Internet

I waited the proper time for filing the claim, 6 months, filed it in the proper window, 30 days, and followed up on it but still have not received my rebate, now 6 months after submitting it.

Since posting my report and seeking help from the "editor" I have been contacted and sent half of my rebate, however 125.00 is still owed of the original 250.00.
I pursued this further with multiple phone calls again, and a message to the "editor" of ripoffreport, who now is telling me all communications have halted, however they have been halted for a year now, but they still managed to pay half my claim.
Feeling ripped off still.
