Intelius.com Would like to join a class action suit against Intelius Bellvue, Washington

My situation is the same as numerous others who have submitted reports about6 the scam being perpetrated by Intelius.  I requested an address after submitting a telephone number fror a 99 cent fee and several months later I find Intelius has been billing my credit card for $19.95 per month for identity protection.  I never knowingly signed up for such a service nor did I visit the Intelius site other than that one time.  I would be interested in adding my name to any class action suits being brought against this company.  It surprises me that it can operate openly for so many years, and nobody shuts it down.  Has anybody taken them to any summary judgment courts in local jurisdictions.
