I filed my taxes as I do every year, but this year is different, because the way I had filed has caused me some problems with the IRS. It seems the irs has denied me a tax credit, i have comming to me. why? because they tback in early march of this yearhIm trying to rip them off. when i filed in back in early march of this year, i filed as i always do married jointly. which I always do, but this year I also filed for a tax credit which came with my new home. its my second home and I would get.a credit of $6500. So I filed it and waited, and all of a sudden the IRS thinks Im pulling wool over their eyes, so they are now doing an audit on me, why because they think that my husband does not or has not been living with me the last ten years. so they claim I am not entitled to this credit. may they sent me documents telling me they need proof that I was living in my home prior to my buying this new home,  and i had to show proof I would be living in this new home. So I sent them everything I could send, but this was not enough for these people. Then I receive a letter telling me they made a dicision on my taxes and they will not allow me the new home buyers tax credit. And why you ask, I'll tell you why, because the IRS does not want to pay me back for taxes they owe me. you see, every year when i file my taxes they are held up due to an injured spouse document i have to provide to them, in order to get my taxes, due to my husband owing back child support. which he has paid every month and every year since, until the IRS decided to play hardball. Well this year they decided to prolong the ordeal by telling me that the reason why i dont get my credit, is because my husband is not listed on my new home, well he was never listed on my old home either, so what is the problem here. they claim he has not lived in my home for five years in the eight years prior to living in my old home, now how the hell did they figure this out, what are we part of some dumb-a*s statistic their computer come up with or was it some dumb african american know it all, who dont know s**t about me, making a dumb-a*s dicission on my life. where the hell else would he be living three houses down the street, under my neighbors car. how dare they. I have witnesses who can testify that my husband has lived here with me in the same house, both of them since I bought both of them. And to deny me the credit I have comming is just a bogus way of saying hey this is the US Government we dont need no excuse to screw you, we just do it. well I dont think so.

which I always do, but this year I also filed for a tax credit which came with my new home. its my second home and I would get.a credit of $6500.

I thought the tax credit was for FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS, not someone buying a SECOND or subsequent home.  I think this is the source of your IRS problem.
