Internetishop ripoff do not deliver cant get refunds Pomona California

I ordered a computor from them aug 28, 2004 thru ebay from the internetishop and payed thru paypal the same. when i called to get a status on my order 2 days later they promised it would be shipped soon, a few days later, they said it would be sent out no later than the next day. well when i never recieved a tracking number i called and they said it would be another week.

I waited no computer. I tried to call back the phones are disconected. there not answering there emails. they closed there accounts at ebay and paypal so i could nt get my money back. and there website has been going down alot. Now i have no computer and out of 304.00 dollars. and theres nothing no one can do about it.
