I have been an intuit customer for 3 years, I process a few government charges per year and pay $12.95 per month plus 3.94% for this service. Every single transaction has been flagged and held by intuit, they charge the money to the card holder and refuse to release the funds.

Today I dealt with the arrogance of Micheal Romero of Intuit Payment Solutions who started our conversation very hostile and confused due to the fact he was discussing another person's account - His answer "I am releasing your money and cancelling your account effective today".

However the transaction and account name he had was not mine and when I informed him of  that he was VERY angry that I didn't correct him and he was mistakenly discussing another account with me.

I informed Mr Romero that after this transaction clears I will seek another vendor for my credit card services. Mr Romero took it upon himself to delete my account prior to my writing a letter and doing the same. Presently I have no access to my information and have not received my funds. Almost $15,000 is not deposited in my bank and I can't track this.

Now I am in customer service h*ll with the run around. Read the other reports, Micheal Romero is named in a few! Stay away from this company! Anybody can process your credit cards for less money and LESS HEADACHE. Next letter... my state attorney generals office.
