Intuit Payment Solutions had a glitch in their software system that caused some approved charges not to be funded.  Being the big corporate thieves that they are, they apparantly felt that they did not need to let their customers know.  I was able to find out about it because some honest customers of mine said that they were never charged for their purchases.  As I went back and researched, I found that the charges were approved on my end (a sales slip was printed & signed), however, Intuit never charged the customer nor did they pay me.  

What is unconscionable is that Intuit never notified any merchants.  I found out when I reserached that they had not funded me for over $15,000!  I had to contact them and jump through tons of hoops to prove that they owed me the money.  Additionally, I was charged over $600 in overdraft fees from my bank because I made charged assuming the money they owed me was in my account.  Many, many months later most of the charges have been credited to me, however they are refusing to pay my overdraft fees!  

What I find truely horriflying is that they are doing this to all of their merchants in the US.  And they are only making good on what they owe if pressured to do so.  Many merchants wont even know that this is happening to them.  I imagine that Intuit has ripped of the American Small Business community to the tune of $100s of millions of dollars.  This is definitely an opporuntity of a class action Lawsuite.
