That site is LOADED with Chinese scammers who sell counterfeit items especially designer handbags. ioffer allows the sale of these items - which is a felony - and actually takes action against those who report the counterfeits.

DO NOT BUY BIG NAME HANDBAGS/PURSES/WALLETS/GLASSES/CLOTHING on ioffer! You will be ripped off.

There are known ties connecting counterfeiting with terrorism groups and child labor. The counterfeiting trade funds the terrorism groups. Children as young as 5 are being forced into labor to produce this crap. This is not a victimless crime. ioffer is funding terrorism by their refusal to pull these sellers and items.
