they got me too!! what they did was send what was a supposed to be a FREE GIFT in order to perovide a tracking number to paypal. first he gave me the wrong tracking number that went to California(this was signed by someone last name SANCHEZ-im trying to find out if this person was also a victim? well i complained to paypal the seller provided the tracking number to the FREE GIFT,which was a scarf.the invoice clearly states free gift,value $10.00 weighing 0.1 oz.i had ordered 450.00 worth of jeans.one pair would weigh more than this package.PAYPAL did not want the evidence at all.they said he supplied tracking number and they do not take care of items Not As Described/what about FRAUD?

I am not letting this go.i am looking for other victims to contact me to be added to the fraud complaints i have formally filed.i have several different divisions covered including mail fraud,my postmaster was witness to the bogus free gift.I believe their are atleast 12 other victims.he wrote neg feedback for me,he said was an accident meant for another person,when i checked the site ,people were complaining they had got wrong items(at the time i was still tracking the false# he gave me)then the seller was shut down.This protects ioffer/not buyers with no way to resolve w/seller.the

I really dont get how paypal lets fraud slide ,they are the ones who had info on this guy to get paid.ioffer never responds to a buyer that gets ripped off.its useless to report to either company.anyways i am asking any other victims to contact me to add to proper authorities and reports filed.if anyone ha additional information on this person.please come forward.
