We have a demolition company called Capital Removal here in the Sacramento area of California. We were contacted by IPA about 2 months ago. They came in and after asking a few questions about us and our business concerns basically told us that they could "fix" all of our problems. They said that we were in a world of hurt and without some serious help we would be going under any day now.

They claimed that they would take care of our tax liabilities, get us a line of credit, correct our accounting issues in Quick Books and get our business running as it should be. They also produced all of these b****t reports showing us how we could save literally hundreds of thousands of dollars each year by using their knowledge in business. We were blown away by all of this and agreed to contract with them for their services.

Upon the signing of their contract and seeing what they charge, we made it very clear that there is no way we could afford this and their response was that we would not have to because they would come up with the money from outside sources to cover their bills. That we would never feel the financial burden of them "helping" us.

I could go on and on about the events of the following 4 -5 weeks, but to make a long story short, they came, ran up a huge bill all the while promising these fantastic end results that never came. They are now gone, after being asked to leave finally, and we have next to nothing to show for the bills they ran up.

We have paid them around $20,000.00 so far and according to their invoices we owe them around $62,000.00 more. Some of which had been paid in the form of post dated checks that we have since stopped payment on. They still refuse to respond to our complaints but continue to harrass us for payment. Now they are threatening to file a lawsuit against us if we do not pay them in full immediately.

We have since realized that we are only one of thousands of people that have fallen for their scam. There is a world of information on what kind of a business they are running and what kind of people are running it just on this website alone. What they have done and continue to do each day to companys like ours is wrong and something needs to be done to stop them. Please contact us with your contact information so that we can band together to put these jerks out of business.

Thank you.
