Ipage took over terrible web hosting. Internet

I was never notified if a change did occur that Startlogic  merged with Ipage.  I cannot log into my website.  Tech support to no avail.  I have spent days talking to multiple support people. A case was created Case ID OFS-337844 and one day i could log in next day i couldnt. Server error as well.  

They tell me its on my end which it is not.  They have my billing information which by the way the support said he would help me. i wanted accounting but again to no avail. 

i have to cancel my payment method and order new cards. 

Maybe a website is impersonating ipage. I don't know. How can they be so stupid? 

I also asked what level support tier the person was and they did not respond. 

I cannot access my website and the tech support also forced me to create a different email address.

 I have a website i cannot gain access and employees who work here are not as educated enough to fix a log in issue. 

I am looking for a new hosting and will have to create a new website.
